There are lot of good reasons that made me feel confident to trust you and your service.

First you never seemed to rush when you were explaining things, and what types of p rod ucts were available out there, and what the risks were.

You did a comparison between all the banks, when I was not sure what type of loan to get, and advised me on which p rod uct best suited my situation.

Before talking to you I had spoken to few other brokers about my situation, and what I would like to do. They always seemed like they were so rushed for time and didn't care what situation you are in, or the risks you faced. They just wanted to sign paper work ASAP and give me very little information about what types of loans I can get, which one is better for me, and what is the Risk.

There are still a lot of good things about you and your service, and I don't know how to mention it.

Without a doubt the biggest benefit to us using your service was removing all the time and hassle of dealing with the banks.

In the past this was the most annoying part of arranging a mortgage.

Mike was able to get onto the banks in a timely manner to chase down our issues and reported back to us on regular basis. At no stage did we feel uncomfortable that our mortgage processing was not being attended to.

After making a few bad job decisions (transferring to Queensland for work) and losing our substantial deposit for a house we thought it would be years before we could afford to our first house. We had been looking for a house for a while and had a couple that we were interested in.

Then on a sultry Sunday afternoon, a friend suggested that we call Mike Lloyd from Fusion Finance. So I said “first thing Monday”, but my friend said “No call now”. Yes on a Sunday afternoon. Mike answered and although he had visitors, answered a few of quick questions that we had. He said that he'd call back at 5pm that night and explain how everything works. Mike called back right on 5pm, took some basic details from us and advised us that we should have no problems getting a loan without much of a deposit. He arranged for a meeting with us at our place at a time that we chose. (On the following Monday night).

So we went looking at the houses we liked again the next weekend and found another house. ‘Our DREAM HOUSE'. So we put a deposit down subject to finance and told Mike on the Monday. He got everything together and told us that he would have no problem reaching the 45 day settlement date.

Then after having some problems with the real estate agent and nearly losing our dream house, we were told that if we could make a 30 day settlement, which made settlement the week of Christmas, their vendor would still sell it to us for the same price.

Mike made some enquiries, told us not to worry, that was his job and said it wouldn't be a problem.

We now have our DREAM HOUSE thanks to Mike. He did an amazing job getting our loan application approved and our loan settled, from start to finish in less than 30 days, as well as keeping the real estate agent off our backs.

Being self employed it's been a real struggle to convert a loan from my parents name to mine. Mike persisted for us and pulled through, and now it is all successfully changed over.

We liked the idea that you offered a personal service, had flexible hours and were easily contactable (email, home or mobile). We didn't like the idea of walking into a mortgage shop where someone would help us one day and then the next time we came in they wouldn't remember who we were.

Mortgage shops like mortgage choice and the like are open normal business hours and it was too hard to get to see someone by the time we finished work and we didn't want to have to take time off just to organise our mortgage.

You did it all for us, it was stress free and it worked.
